We have yet to hear how good their data and reporting options which is particularly important since our company relies heavily on data extraction for performance tracking and analysis in our SQL Server environment. It is crazy how much Paycom has become so berated and loathed when just a year ago and prior, Redditers here were praising them right and left like an ADP killer and the one stop shop for everything.
